Ground wood chips are colorant free.\u00a0\u00a0This mulch receives its color by NOT aging like our other more astatic mulches.\u00a0Aged mulch tends to have more fines, and by not letting the aging process begin to happen we can retain a more air entrained product, in turn to make it safer surface to play on. Most customers will use this product to fill areas on the cheap or to provide a natural playground surface. Note, these wood chips are not ASTM or IPEMA certified.
